We hope you love what you purchase. However, if you wish to make a return we accept returns within 3 dates of the date of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must ship with a tracking number. In order to be eligible for a return items must be in in perfect condition, without damage, marks or scratches. Please, email idollsworkshop@hotmail.com with the subject "Return Request" and include your order number and the reason why you want to make the return (only with the aim of helping us improve) so we can process the return.
The refund will be effective when we receive the item and our team verifies that the item is in perfect condition.
About the cancellation of your order, all purchase cancellations request must be sent within 12 hours after do the payment. After these 12 hours, we will start working on the order, so we will not accept any type of cancellation.
In cases where delay is idollsworkshop responsability, If develope days are over 25 working days after payment date and only by customer request, the purchase can be cancelled and the customer can be refund.
Shipping cost and re-send cost will be by customer's account in all cases that item return's are not idollsworkshop responsability. As example of cases by customer's account: wrong or missing adress, addressee absent., etc. So, please, make sure your address is updated for receiving BEFORE the payment.
We are not responsible because of the article's misuses from customers.
We are not responsible of any damage caused for or circumstance beyond us. Neither, for any damage or deterioration not reported within 24 hours after the reception of the item.
